Ihan E. Quijano González was born in Panama City, Republic of Panama. From an early age, he demonstrated a strong passion for business, leadership, and community development. At the age of 19, he moved to the United States, settling in New Jersey, where he began his academic journey at Mercer County Community College, earning an Associate Degree in Business Administration.

While pursuing his studies, Ihan began his professional career at Law Office in Hamilton Township, where he worked for two years and developed a solid foundation in the legal and administrative areas of real estate. He later joined a Local Title Company, where he spent over ten years, rising through the ranks to become Senior Title Closer. His strategic insight, dedication, and work ethic played a key role in the company’s sustained growth and success.

In 2023, guided by his entrepreneurial vision and desire to provide a more personalized, community-focused service, Ihan co-founded Enterprise Title Services alongside two business partners. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a trusted name in the real estate and title industry, distinguished by its integrity, professionalism, and commitment to empowering clients through education and transparency.

Throughout his career, Ihan has built a respected reputation within the Latino and Panamanian communities in New Jersey and New York, offering expert guidance in property closings, title insurance, and real estate transactions. He is known for his hands-on approach, mentorship, and dedication to helping families and professionals achieve homeownership and financial stability.

Beyond his business accomplishments, Ihan is the creator and co-host of the podcast “The Closing Table NJ,” a space dedicated to sharing knowledge, experiences, and practical advice on real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship, featuring distinguished voices from across the industry.

Ihan is also a proud member of the 507 Roundtable Group, an advocacy think tank composed of a select group of Panamanian professionals and leaders abroad, committed to fostering dialogue, innovation, and initiatives that strengthen Panama’s global presence and development. His participation in this organization reflects his deep sense of national pride and his commitment to building bridges between Panama and the United States.

On a personal note, he has been married for over eight years to his wife, who is also from Panama. Together for more than fifteen years, they are the proud parents of two daughters, ages 4 and 2, who remain his greatest source of inspiration and purpose.

Experienced in guiding real estate transactions from contract to closing with attention to detail and clear communication. Passionate about helping clients protect their property investments with confidence and care. In her free time, Nicole is a mom and enjoys exploring the world with her young son.

Since joining Enterprise Title two years ago, I have found immense fulfillment in helping buyers navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. Each day, I enjoy supporting our clients and making their experience as smooth and stress free as possible—it’s the highlight of my work. Originally from the Dominican Republic,I bring a positive spirit and a big smile to everything I do. I have background in customer service and a passion for helping people.
